It's pretty near impossible to keep gunk out of your zippers when out adventuring.  This stuff actively brushes the debris out and leaves behind a lubricative film which coats the zipper teeth.  Use it on plastic, nylon or metal zippers and they will not only last longer but will run more smoothly.
