Rarthon is a badlands oasis settlement, with most buildings up on the dry hights and farmland in the fertile canyons below. Buildings tend to be round or octagonal and layed out in group or family compounds. A number of floating rocks and islands can be found scattered around, one of them has an eternal spring which constantly gushes water, keeping the canyon lake full
About the Artist: Hi, I am Janice (AKA Misjay) I am an Australian Artist, Photographer and Cartographer who has been, among other things, a tour guide, maintenance & operations manager, fruit picker, architectural draftsperson, and a graphic designer. Since 2019 I have been exploring fantasy maps of all scales.
